self-contained unit. Designed for quiet operation and energy-efficient performance, it’s the perfect solution for hotels, apartments, dormitories, offices, and other light-commercial spaces.

Whether you're replacing outdated equipment or outfitting a new project, Klimaire PTACs offer flexible installation, smooth integration, and year-round comfort you can count on. Engineered for compatibility, they fit most standard 42" x 16" wall openings—streamlining replacement of older systems from major brands. For new installations, we offer Klimaire-branded wall sleeves and rear grilles to ensure a perfect
fit and long-lasting performance.

PTAC Unit Sizes & Power Options

Klimaire PTAC units are available in 9,000, 12,000, and 15,000 BTU capacities—
ideal for a variety of room sizes and applications.

Each model comes standard with a 3.5kW auxiliary heater and an LCDI 6-20P plug.
For increased heating demand, the 15,000 BTU unit is also offered with a 5kW
auxiliary heater and a 6-30P plug.
