    Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product type, installation, and registration details. Registering your product helps ensure your system information is properly recorded and can make future service or support requests easier.

  • How to Register Your Product

    Registering your Klimaire product is quick and only takes a few minutes.

    1. Start Product Registration

    Click the “Start Product Registration” button to begin the process.

    2. Enter Product Information

    Enter your serial number and use the search icon to locate your unit. The model number will populate automatically. Then provide your invoice number, purchase date, installed date, application type, and upload your proof of purchase.

    3. Enter Owner Information

    Provide the owner’s contact details and installation address where the system is located.

    4. Confirm Dealer Information

    Select or confirm the dealer where the product was purchased.

    5. Installer Information

    If installed by a licensed technician, enter the installer’s details. For eligible DIY models, this step will be skipped automatically.

    6. Review & Submit

    Review your information and submit the registration. Once completed, your product will be recorded in the Klimaire warranty system and you will receive a confirmation.

  • What if my serial number is not found during product registration?

    If your serial number is not found when registering your product, please submit a request through our Contact Center.

    Be sure to include your serial number and model number in your message. This will create a case for our team to review and verify your product information.

    Our team will confirm your serial number details and help troubleshoot so you can proceed with your product registration.

Notice: Please ensure all registration details are accurate and complete. Submitting false, incomplete, or incorrect information may result in the denial or voiding of your warranty coverage. Klimaire reserves the right to verify submitted data at any time.

• Model and Serial Number of each unit
• Installation address
• Dealer information (where the system was purchased)
• Installer details, including license and contact information (if applicable)

Installing a DIY-eligible unit? No problem. Installer information is not required for Klimaire DIY models.
