KSIH Klimaire’s line of high-performance wall mounted mini split systems offers a full range of features that make it the smartest choice when you look for a reliable heating source or a supplement to your current heating or air conditioning system. Stay comfortable with its outstanding operational capability in extreme cold weather, while saving energy with heating operation down to -22°F, with 100% capacity at 5°F.

This is the perfect unit for open floor plans, such as a living room, where air easily circulates and foot traffic is high. Since it sits high on the wall, the unit stays out of the way to give your room more usable space. With DC inverter variable speed technology, frequent thermostat adjustments become a thing of the past. Just choose a setting on your thermostat once and the system will auto regulate the compressor to deliver the right amount of heating and cooling to keep the room temperature steady. Inverter technology combined with air conditioner heat pump can generate energy savings up to 49% compared to standard on/off systems. Finely tuned climate control offers the added benefits of less system wear and tear and whisper quiet operation.

Self-Cleaning

Built-in feature will prevent growth of harmful microorganisms by cleaning the evaporator of the indoor unit where accumulation of dust and bacteria could be a major issue. This function keeps the unit fresh and clean for the next operation.

Timer can be set ON / OFF easily 24 hours in haf hour increments using the wireless remote control.

This initiates the Follow Me feature, the remote displays the actual temperature at its location. The remote control will send this signal to the air conditioner every 3 minutes until you press the Follow Me button again.

Wi-Fi Enabled (Built-In or Optional Controller)

Enables remote operation and monitoring of the system through a smart device when connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Low Ambient Heating/Cooling

The unit can operate in cooling mode during the winter down to 5º F to cool an inner room.

IAQ (Indoor air Quality)

Ensures the indoor unit improves air quality by removing contaminants, allergens, and odors, providing cleaner and healthier air inside the building.

Horizontal Swing

Automatically moves the louvers left and right to evenly distribute air across the space.

Heating Seasonal Performance Factor

HSPF quantifies the total heating output (measured in British Thermal Units or BTUs) produced by a heat pump during a typical heating season, divided by the total electricity consumed (measured in watt-hours). A newer, more accurate standard for measuring heat pump efficiency is HSPF2.

Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio

SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio, and it measures the annual energy consumption and efficiency of the unit’s cooling ability in typical day-to-day use. The higher the SEER value, the less energy the unit will use.

he Department of Energy (DOE) is changing the way HVAC systems are tested. New M1 testing procedures are thorough, demanding a lower SEER2 equipment rating and thus paving the way for a more sustainable future.

Auto Restart

Automatically restores the unit to its previous operating mode and settings after a power interruption.

Sleep Mode

Automatically increases cooling or decreases heating by 1°C per hour for 2 hours, then holds steady for 5 hours before switching off, ensuring comfort and energy savings while you sleep.

Cold Mode

This symbol signifies that the air conditioner will cool the room by removing heat from the indoor air.

Dry (Dehumidification) Mode

Reduces indoor humidity by removing excess moisture from the air while maintaining comfort.

Self-Diagnosis

Monitors system operation and displays error codes to assist with troubleshooting and service.

Fan Mode

Circulates indoor air without heating or cooling for ventilation and air movement.

Turbo Mode

Temporarily boosts system output to rapidly cool or heat the space.

Allows switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature display formats.
